Coaching is a very personal process and I want you to have the best experience possible. During our first call, you’ll get a feel for my style and approach, and I’ll get feel for what you need. If, after our first session, you decide we aren’t a good fit, I’ll refund your money. No questions asked. If we aren’t a good match, no hard feelings.

Throughout our work together, you’ll have a variety of monthly assignments and additional daily practices. Plan for about 2 hours per month for coaching sessions, and 30 minutes per week for homework, daily practice, and journaling.
